This is a poem that I wrote in about 10 minutes... Life is miserable.

11 Simple Questions

If I pretend not to care

Will it go away?

If I pretend to not notice you

Will you disappear?

If I pretended to hate you

Would you even care?

You’re wrapped up in your own life

And already forgotten about me

You’ve clearly proved that you’ve moved on

And you seem fine without me

Do you miss me like I miss you?

Do you wish that we could talk, just like I do?

Do you remember any of the sweet things you said?

Do you long for our hugs as I do?

You don’t seem to remember

And you really don’t seem to care

Was I nothing to you?

Because you weren’t nothing to me...

I can’t forget you

You’re always right in front of me

Seems like you’re taunting me,

Putting me through hell every day

Do you not notice how hollow my eyes are,

How empty and emotionless they’ve become?

Do you honestly not realize that we don’t talk?

Do you not see how I close myself off from you?

I hate the way you stand,

The way you talk and smile

I hate the fact that you don’t love me

But yet I still love you

Life would be so much easier

If I didn’t have to care

Please, just...go away

And leave me alone to dwell in my despair

A/N: I hope it was okay... Please leave a comment on your way out.
