Beloved Child

O my child, what have I done to cause you grief?
How have I harmed you, my beloved?
Tell me, so that I may correct these faults of mine.
My faults are infinite,
But through your guidance I can amend my ways.
For without you I would be lost,
But with you I have been discovered.
My liberator, show me your hand,
So that I can see the flesh of my master,
Give me a sign to help me guide my existence,
For without you I am alone,
But with you I am always surrounded
Let me speak out, in favor of your leadership,
To make others aware of your virtues,
Not to force them, but to make them come to you.
My child, let the people flock to you,
And you shall be their savior.
