After seeing you
Back to all the strife
And back to being blue
It so funny how fast a year can fly
And then I got to see you, and actually meet you
But the time had passed us by
It was not in my favor, which is nothing new
I waited on the railing- all alone- waiting for you to come
Waiting for the love-escapade I had been daydreaming about to start
But when you turned around and walked away I went numb
It felt as if my heart had been pierced with a dart
My eyes began to swell with tears
And I dropped my head to the floor in shame
You abandoned me even though I thought about you all these years
Do you think this is a game?
When my eyes linger towards you in your seat
It's not because I want to use you in anyway
It's because of I think of you all the time; think of our acquaintance as a
feat
But I can never find the words to say
Now I must wait with anticipation yet another year
I'll daydream about you and me the whole time
And it will feel as if you were near
But in reality I will like a mime
Pretending to have things of which are not real
Making your personality and character in my head
But I cannot hide the way I feel
If I had to hide my emotions, I'd rather be dead
So now the days will pass and you'll be in my mind
I hope you'll think of me as well
Show me the same courtesy, be just as kind
But the tears are obviously going to swell
I'm going to miss you... even though you never spoke to me
I'm going to miss hearing your laughter and going to miss you talking
I hope one day you'll realize and see,
That what I'm doing isn't bad... it's just stalking.
