A crying skeleton,
Reflected in the glass,
Eyes sunk within,
Soul lost inside.

Skin stretched over visible bones,
Ribs clearly shown,
Pain stricken and emotionless,
Crying out for help.

Wanting to escape,
Waiting to break free,
From the cycle of starvation,
Before it's too late.

Each day getting weaker,
As the disease takes over,
Slowly fading away,
Loosing hope of recovery.

A victim all out of lies,
Too tired to continue the act,
A life without a purpose.
Wishing the nightmare would end.
