Author’s Notes

And it’s over.

I have rarely done a story that took as much out of me- in a good way, of course. The Pretentious Pentad has been the most fun and frustrating story that I have ever handled, as the conception of it altered again and again from what I had envisioned. The characters knew their own minds, especially Kymenos, Nightstone, and Ternora, and did things they wanted in spite of what I wanted.

Many, many thanks to those who have shared and will share the journey with me (the wonderful thing about a story- it continues to exist so that you can take the journey again):

The next Orlath story- or Faean story, more accurately, since this one takes place long before Orlath becomes a country- will be posted starting Saturday.
