They told me to go somewhere else
to hide, to go, don't let myself show
yet those chains they used to control me with
they exist no longer, broken, gone to past
now my fury comes, I feel, I see, I taste
the dark, the cold, how come they haven't told;
that anger and hate kills?
That it will take revenge, return, then burn
your soul, no longer cold, gets hot, melts
you scream, wince, wish you were dead
you fly, taste the madness, gets high
then you fall to the ground,
smashing, bashing, crashing
and soon, you die.
They told me, love was a game
whoever wins, someone aren't given a chance
someone falls, someone breaks
but they will all taste
lust, love, passion
and when it goes away
you wish it had never showed itself
and your heart is meant to decay...
