Sea Gypsy

Your eyes are blind
Your face is white
But you still sail
With all your might
You sell your treasures
Trinkets galore
And when you land
On every shore
The children come
The mothers flock
To pick over
Your extensive stock
Ribbons of red
Jewelry that shines
Earthen pots, painted dolls
Your sell everything fine
You're a gypsy
Without a doubt
You bring joy
To those without
So sail, gypsy friend
The years go by
And all will be happy
Till the day you die
And when you do
Death won't be fought
They'll always remember
The joy you brought
Mother gypsy
Small and frail and white
You'll bring a child joy
In the middle of the night
When shadows scare
And banshees scream
They'll spot their treasure
And be comforted to dream
