Author's note: I wrote this today because I declined an offer to go see my favorite band, Hanson at Carnegie Hall tonight because a)no way of getting there and b) no money to pay my friend back. And it seems like everyone and their kitchen sink is going, including someone who I was planning on ranting that makes Tinuviel not a happy fangirl.

Nothing To Cry About

I'm putting on this mask
I'm surrounding myself with
This happy go lucky air

My eyes are full of
Bitterness towards myself
These tears coursing
Down my face betray
My so called happiness

There's so much behind my
Smile that I'm never gonna show
I'll keep cool and play it off like
I have nothing to lie about
And nothing to sigh about
But inside my heart
I've got a lot to cry about
