Bleed for life...

Sweet November...don't pass me by

While I scream to be let go of all

The pain that I hold inside.

Sweet Surrender...I lay my head down

And try to remember, beautiful life...

A rose with thorns

Ripping my finger open to be exposed to more

Pain on the surface that sinks below the levels of my skin...

Sweet November, don't hit me again...

While I beg to surrender to my imperfection.

Cry for me, sweet November, because you are the source of all my pain

I've been falling for a life time...

However long that may be

And I can't stop this ache, which keeps me from breathing

Sweet November...don't look in my eyes,

Because what you see in me is what you don't want to believe.

I'm stronger than you give me credit for

I'm braver than I was before.

And I won't cut my fingers on your thorns again, Sweet November!

Take a look at me now

And just try and see if you can stare me down.

I'm beautiful again, while I mend my broken skin.

Tracing the scars that you left upon my heart

Making a pattern for me to fall back on.

Sweet November...I'm better than you think,

I'm brighter than you wish to believe.

Sweet November, don't take me down again!

Beautiful Life...if only you'd open your eyes.

I'm not yours to control anymore...

Bitter sweet November.
