that i belong with the birds in the sky
or belong with the fish in the sea

realize, for instance, the tears that fall down my cheeks
the cold breeze that slices my skin
the stars' laughter as they look down on me

but dreams to come true sometimes
in ways unimaginable
in ways unreal

but most of the times, dreams just don't come true
and you will continue to imagine
as you continue to dream

i found myself lost in the world

in a dead world teaming with life
amongst people pretending to live
people with empty eyes and hollow laughter

in the end
you will give up on dreams
and give up on living

and sad as it is
you will give up on yourself

as you lose yourself
never to be found

again
