********I don't know where this came from. This has never happened to me. I
was just lying in bed and I started writing it. I didn't use any fancy
shmancy poetry things, but it does rhyme!********

The Family Trip

The van was warm and the family packed
Two more hours the kids were told
When the station wagon came, that van was smacked
Across the road that packed van rolled
From inside came screams and shouts
Inside God's head any doubts?
Why do this to a family of six?
One must wonder how he picks.
They're all dead in that family van
The station wagon driver? A very drunk man
He will live to tell the story
No matter how sick, twisted or gory
The van now looks like a compact car
All because this man went to the bar
Six people he did kill
Leaving spots no one can fill
Why do this to a family of six?
One must wonder how he picks
The drunk man stagers away
Thinking everything will be okay
After all, not one scar did he receive
There is no reason he shouldn't leave
He will live to tell the story
No matter how sick, twisted, or gory.
