“For You, My All”
Let fly, my friend, your worries, your cares,
Again I will ease your fears.
Relax a while, let down your hair,
Once more I will dry your tears.
Now take the time to smell this rose,
This night is just for you.
Feel magic shivers as the wind blows,
And makes your thoughts flow straight and true.
A turtle is swift to the eye of a snail,
Slow your life’s quick sands of time.
Hasten not your life’s short tale,
Be still to hear nature’s chimes.
Now be calm and find what you can do,
Make the song of earth and star ring as one.
Let the sun forever shine within you,
Till o’er your dark heart it has won.
You, stop pressing trivial themes,
And look through the whole picture frame.
Many fish can be found in one glistening stream,
But one stream yet it remains.
Now take leave, my…friend, take peace with you too,
I hope I have eased your fears.
I’ve given my all, all I have for you,
In your wake I dissolve into tears.
Nothing left I have, you have it all, at least use it well,
After all, you used me up and left me alone in hell.
