Special Unit Last Hope

I don't usually put character profiles but for this story it might be necessary because these characters are going to be very complicated and sometimes highly annoying 'cough' Hazard 'cough'.

The story is inspired by the song "Feel Good" by Kittie feat. System of a Down, download it if you want to get a better feel of this insanity.

This is a bunch of notes and character profiles so this story is like all access. If you don't like Spoilers don't read the character History though it's not major spoilers just little facts that come up from time to time. Also to the spoilers thing do not read character profiles after the good guys or you will be greatly annoyed.

Synopsis: The super elite are supposed to save the world but what happens when they don't care anymore? Two rookies step in to take the task of protecting a world abandoned by its legends. One problem they can't stand each other or in the immortal words of Hazard- "I rather sleep with a mutated lizard, have my body gnawed by poisonous insects, be buried alive and resurrected as a cockroach to be stepped on the first day back than be in the same room with Ginryu."

Setting: A futuristic world the likes of G Gundam meets Final Fantasy translation- mecha, advanced weaponry, dome cities, underground cities, alternative clothing (Ginryu dresses like Squall he he), flying boats. By the way Earth has been abandoned no duh.

Characters-

Jiro "Ginryu" Daichii

Age: 19

Birthplace: South Dome, Neo Japan

Family: Well known mecha pilots Geena and Ichiro Daichii, twin brother Kichiro

Hair: silver short uneven layers, very messy

Eyes: deep violet

Body: 6', 198 pounds, tall, lean and fit due to martial arts training he's endured since he could walk, all in all he's a sexy bitch

Home: South Dome, Neo Japan

Clothing: outside of mecha- baggy pants that hang low on his hips, muscle tanks, bomber jacket, silver cross chain and silver wrists cuffs (they're what allow him control over his mecha)

Inside of mecha- black body suit (much the likes of Domon Kasshu's except it's solid black no fruity designs)

Most Prized Possession: mecha called Silver Dragon

Occupation: mechanic and mecha pilot (competes for cash)

Fighting Style: quick, brash he doesn't take the time to analyze his opponent just goes wild and acts on first impulse

Weaponry: Silver Dragon- mecha he pilots, stands tall 50 ft mostly silver with some black stripes here and there, broad silver wings on the back that make for quick maneuvering, designed by Ichiro Daichii before he passed away with his son's fighting techniques in mind

Broad sword- always strapped to his back even when in mecha, he rarely uses it but he is a master of it

Goal(s): live life to the fullest

Theme Song: Pearl Jam, "Do the Evolution"

Personality: Short-tempered, hot-headed, stubborn and can be extremely stupid. He goes after what he wants in very unconventional ways and most of the time doesn't get it but he never gives up even when no one believes in him.

Personal Quote: Life is too short to waste on the serious things we should enjoy it while we have it. Even if enjoying it could get you killed.

History: As the son of American mecha champion, Geena, and Japanese and Universal mecha champion, Ichiro, Jiro has very high expectations placed on him. He just wants to enjoy life not waste it away on competing in tournaments as his trainer wants him to do. When Jiro was very young he was separated from his twin brother during a training session with their mecha, his brother was never found but Jiro still believes he's out there.

Veronica "Hazard" Del Rossio

Age: 18

Birthplace: Underground City 457 (it's an Italian-based city)

Family: mother and father both deceased

Hair: black shoulder length, messy bangs

Eyes: bright green

Body: 5'7", 126 pounds she's one lean fighting machine and according to guys who can no longer see the best last thing to ever see x.x

Marks: scar on her wrist (number 666 branded into it), scar on her forehead and on both temples tattoo- V666 (stands for Veronica Devil's Child, feel the love)

Home: imposes self on Ginryu

Clothing: if it's tight or leather she's wearing it, always has a belt and chain hanging low around her waist (belt holds short swords)

Most Prized Possession: locket w/ her parents' pictures, V engraved in the front center of heart

Occupation: unemployed (though Ginryu thinks she's his maid)

Fighting Style: A fight is like a dance to her where you must know what move your opponent is going to do next and move with them. Analytical.

Weaponry: Short swords- two blades always at her side that allow her to use her super human speed to its fullest.

Mimic ability- can copy people's appearance, voice, smell, powers, etc. Comes in handy when spying on the enemy.

Her best weapons are her own body and mind.

Goal(s): avenge her mother and father, change the world into something less hateful and stop the ones who made her what she is from screwing over someone else

Theme Song: Marilyn Manson, "The Fight Song"

Personality: She likes to act like she doesn't care but things affect her very deeply. She's cold, sarcastic and too smart for her own good. She always has a comment on everything even if it doesn't make sense or apply to the situation.

Personal Quote: Never go down silently. Never die alone.

History: Hazard is the resultant of experimentation done on her mother's womb. Her mother was arrested on charges of treason then handed over to a team of mad scientist who were looking for someone with mutant DNA. Veronica could possibly have been a normal girl had it not been for the radical mutant DNA injected into her while she was still in her mother's womb. Her mother died giving birth to her. Veronica and her father always shared a telepathic connection but the day he finally came to see her and try to free her he was killed in front of her. Her father was an Angel of Darkness, a rebel group of mutants and mutants supporters. Veronica vows to destroy the men that were cause for her 'gifts' and avenge her parents and whomever gets in the way must be disposed of as well.

Jonahs Jordan

Age: 30

Hair: brown dreads, short (like Booker T in the WWE .)

Eyes: brown

Body: 6'4", strong and oh so sexchay

Clothing: always business casual

Occupation: Head of Universal Protection Force (UPF)

Weaponry: guns, guns and more guns

Personality: Serious and thoughtful most of the time. He likes to keep the spirits of his team up and motivates them to do their best by pushing them to their limits. He seems to be hiding things from his new team but no one dwells on it too long.

Samanta Fox

Age: 29

Hair: long orangey red

Eyes: bright blue

Body: thin, 5'4"

Clothing: modern cowgirl

Occupation: Hacker, Jonahs' assistant

Weaponry: scream for help

Personality: Likes to help out the team but mostly stays out of everyone's way. She's a bit of a klutz. She has the hots for Jonahs but is really shy around him most of the time.

Layla Rain

Age: 22?

Birthplace: Underground City 392 (Gaia)

Family: unknown

Hair: thick copper curls down to her behind

Eyes: deep green

Body: 5' 10", 120 pounds, legs that's the most she's got going for her, she's thinner than thin

Home: unknown

Clothing: leather jumpsuits, scythe w/ chain wrapped around her waist

Most Prized Possession: anything worth lots of cash

Occupation: tyrant

Fighting Style: She moves fast avoiding her opponents attacks and getting them when they least expect it.

Weaponry: Scythe- her scythe attached to a long chain allows her to attack from far distances (think of Kohaku's scythe in Inuyasha)

Goal(s): be remembered as the most vicious person in history

Theme Song: Kittie, "Brackish"

Personality: Ice has nothing on her. She's the ultimate bitch and dare I say a slut. She hates the world plain and simple and wants to make it into her own personal playground.

Personal Quote: It's like you know something's wrong deep down but you can't really feel it. It's just there and you have to kill it.

History: All she wants is to be accepted but when you're an insane cyborg circa the age Earth was still the most populated planet people tend to look down on you. Her solution is to will people to her way. She has some serious ties with Hazard being that she was one of the first to be created in the lab Hazard was born in. She wants to take over the world, how cliché. Really all she wants is to be loved so she allows herself to be a pawn to many people over time and you'd think by now she'd know better but nope. She escaped the facility that created her around the time Hazard was still a little girl.

Age: 19

Birthplace: South Dome, Neo Japan

Family: twin brother Jiro, mother and father deceased

Eyes: deep violet

Home: wanders from place to place no real home

Clothing: all black, wears the coin villain trench coat

Most Prized Possession: mecha called Gold Dragon

Occupation: terrorist

Fighting Style: He likes to toy with his opponent, mocking them with words and acting like they have him beat. He packs quite the punch but mostly relies on weapons.

Weaponry: Bombs, grenades, guns, swords basically anything he can get his hands on. Always has a few poisonous gases attached to belt and daggers hidden in his sleeves.

Goal(s): kill Jiro and take his place as pilot of Silver Dragon

Theme Song: Metallica, "Stone Cold Crazy"

Personality: Evil through and through. Very much on the side of insane he has no morals whatsoever. People are toys to him to break and use to his own benefit. Life is just one big playground to him.

Personal Quote: A whole universe full of Barbie's and Ken's for me to manipulate and break limb from limb. Just dolls that's all.

History: Ever since he was little he thought his parents loved Jiro more and in his mind it was proven the day they both disappeared. He didn't believe they cared enough to search for him because they found Jiro in a matter of days while he was declared dead. He wants Jiro to feel the pain he's felt all his life of not being seen by the ones who were supposed to love him and the best way to do that is take his place. Kichiro actually planted timed bombs in the mecha of his parents leaving them to die in the middle of a championship bout.

(I'd like to hear of songs you heard while reading this story that seemed to tie in so I could download them. People have created some great soundtracks for my stories before, I love that. :sighs happily gets hit in the head by mallet, someone else takes over computer:)

Honestly to some people if you were expecting a lot of action you'll be disappointed because I really don't like to put many fight scenes in my stories, they get a bit redundant. There will be many arguments and fights between my main players Hazard and Ginryu though. A few of their missions will also be briefly described.
