Big Brother

I watched you grow up to be something just like me

Broken, addicted to a needle that splits the soul

Raised by my example, my carelessness

Brought up by the filth and shit that lies just in the shadows under the train tracks

By a neighborhood like a dumping ground.

From a home with peeling walls and no lights

To our vacant mother to our absent father

I’ll give you back everything I ever took

And I’ll give you everything I never had

After I pull the trigger on this gun

And send you to heaven.
