Archer's Bow
Author:

Very much so based on LotR, again, I know, I'm sorry, but I think that this realtionship occurs more than once, this only touchs the surface of the depth of emotion in LotR. Legolas has a bow, but this bow is not based on his. Please R&R LotR fans!

Archers Bow,
Cry the depth of emotion,
Of never returning,
But a vow trusted and made dear.
My friendship unrivalled,
But by its weaker match.
So, Archers Bow,
Do the damage the can,
Though you still will not steal it,
With your singing of poison.
We stride strong and solid,
This tie I have made here now.
So arrow, not haunt me,
For thee shall no penetrate,
This friendship and depth of emotion.
Past depth and life, we never part,
I'm the shield you shall never wield.
For my friend is my life,
And for them I would give it gladly,
For I love them with my, and for my, life
