This is a slightly edited version of the poem.
I still have the original, so if you think this
isn't any better, let me know in your reviews.

You See

~*~

I feel lost
My heart, empty.
I feel found
My mind released.

You see what no-one else dares,
You love when no-one else cares.

A distant note tells me of a time,
When love was pure,
When love was right.
A distant note tells me of a moment,
When despair is gone,
When love fills the night.

You see what no-one else will.
You love no-one else still.

My heart is filled,
Blood enters my head.
What is this?
Feelings I thought dead.

You - you see what no-one else can.
You - you love me for what I am.

I was in slumber,
Afraid of the light.
You awoke me,
Showed me the night.

You love not what might be,
You love only me.
