[ COLLIDE ]

A familiar sense of evil washes over me

Wanting to make me drift apart from You

The fear inside my soul tries to eat away

What does it want from…me?

This wishes to tear my resistance to shreds

To make all the goodness inside me dead

Can I turn from this place when I have fallen

Can I hold on?…

HOLD ON!!

There’s a spark inside that keeps my faith alive

All I can do is turn from the fear and lean on you

You summon something within me that sustains

Will I be strong with faith and fear collide?

Can I survive?

The only place to defeat this is locked in Your arms

Wrap me tightly to protect me from this clashing harm

With You I know that when faith and fear often collide

I WILL SURVIVE!
