Perchance

(Hm. Don’t really know about this poem. Very unusual to say the least. Short too. Hm. Reviews would be lovely.)

Perchance I’m here

Perchance I’m gone

Perchance you don’t really know

Now do you?

Perchance my world’s come to an end

And yours is in a gilded age

Perchance I’ve stolen away your chance

And I’m not giving it back

Perchance I’m just stalling

Waiting for the

Right time right moment right space right place

Whatever excuse I might make

Perchance I’m just nothing a speck a flitter a fleck

But then again

What if I’m not?

What if I’m something to somebody

Anybody?

Can anybody hear me?

Is anybody even listening?
