Wish Upon A Fallen Angel

Once upon a time ago
I lived in heaven's white
There, day and light reigned constantly
I never saw the night

Heaven has perfect, ice beauty
Nothing flawed, it's true
But it's mistakes that make art
And there's certainly nothing to do

So to earth I fell
Away from the light
To learn to love darkness
To embrace the night

As I fell to earth
My wings burned off my back
My hair and eyes, once white
Now transformed to black

As once an angel, I touched earth
Forever to forfeit my wings
A fallen angel some may call me
But on earth; oh what beautiful things

Heaven's ice can't compete
With nature's true-beauty sights
A bolt of lighting, an ocean sunset
Expertly executed fights

Sometimes in the dark
I wish for other angels to see
What the stars look like from earth
And for them to join me

Next time you see a falling star
An angel it may be
Wish for them, luck and faith
And true prosperity

A/N: Wah, I like this one. If you still don't get it, it's about an angel,
essentially bored, who fell from heaven to find out that earth really is
much more beautiful and exciting then any perfect world could ever be.
