Little girl so small
Little doll so cold
French curls around your face
And pouty red lips that match bright green eyes

I say it's a curse
I know it well
I say I am doomed forever
In this small shell

You don't come forth
You only look on
As if I were a doll on display
I am not to be touched
Is that all you say?

Years pass by all the same
I look like no other
What cruel fate to trap me like this?
What cruel humour?

You laugh now
But someday you will see
I am no longer this child I appear
But a woman standing before you

Even now I am no child
Though I may appear it.

I am only trapped inside of this immortally young figure
For it is my fate.
