Snowflake

Snowflake,

So wait.

You wanted

Warmth for your cold.

Too old.

Far from

Mother’s cloud;

Warmth on the ground.

Tumblin’ Ice Drop

Who never wanted to

Be frozen like you,

To end up like you.

But clouds change shape,

Don’t hate what they do.

Not frozen like you.

Not beautiful like you.

Snowflake,

Not too late.

You can have

Warmth for your cold.

Not old.

Recall

Living the fall.

We’re warm ground.

Snowflake,

Will you

Be caught here

When you fall?
