Kian's Tale
Author:
darkstar-rising PM
this one was written for my first nephew's christening. it's nearly three years old now. I always get commissioned to do poems for family celebrations, and i always think that they need more work, which is strange, i never add more work to my pieces.

When times of trouble or doubt overcome man,
Perhaps he may seek out these words,
That may fail to even touch upon,
The babe of glistening hope.
Appearing from those so dear,
Comes one.
Worth more than gold and purest silver,
combined.
A special day, filled with special people,
To honour the one,
Kian
