In the fields that’s were they lay those people who we remember today,

those people who went out to fight,

those people who never saw the light,

we remember those people in a special way,

by wearing a poppy on Remembrance Day.

AN:/ I decided to write this poem after looking at war poets in a history class. I was so interested that I wrote this poem. I hope you like it.
