The droplets cling to my soul
Dragging it back towards eternity

A gentle splash combined with a smile
Pushes upon our existence
Our soul is shattering
Shattering as the darkness dances

Flickering wildly when caressed by light
Changing its form and hidden from sight
Maybe the Darkness still lurks
