I fell into loneliness

I once was living a life of bliss

Then I fell into loneliness.

I had a grand and splendid life

I had so many friends and a lovely wife.

And everyday, my wife I would kiss

Until I fell into loneliness.

Now I sit here and I list

The reasons I fell into loneliness.

Then into a tornado, my wife was hurled

And for me it was like the end of the world.

Now every night my wife I miss

And that is how I fell into loneliness.

Loneliness is an empty house

With only me and possibly a mouse.

I work in my basement all by myself

I got rid of my friends and put them on a shelf

My life is now all amiss

Since I fell into Loneliness.

Then one day I opened a window for some air

And saw a lovely woman standing there.

I reached up and touched her hand

And at that moment, I felt grand.

We went out then soon wed and are now living a life of bliss

And that is how I fell out of loneliness.
