Seeing You Fail

I get off on your failure,
I love it when you fall,
Hurting you is simple,
When you don't protest at all.

And even when I triumph,
I have to beat you down,
I watch the fragments of your life,
Shatter on the ground.

I have to have the glory,
I need to rule the day,
I am guaranteed to hate you,
If things don't go my way.
