ABSTRACT INTRODUCTION.

Amidst the ever changing lands of Anadyr Earth, an eye casts its panoptic vision, callously over it.

Anadyr is a parallel world where technology and mysticism have become entwined, unleashing a new Dark Age of fear and foreboding, insofar of the apex within a Novus Ordem Seclorum or a “new order of the ages”, regulated by the Strigoi, vampiric forces and their covens, each loathsome of the next. Assistance never is under appreciated as the cult of the machine never dies, it just receives an upgrade. Few cross the line between alchemic summoning and technology, but there are those who walk the darkness in between which continue to “baffle the blind and vulgar”.

Two blades of light and darkness are said to be intertwined in fate of the ancient kingdoms of antiquity. Kalek, a vampire noble, infantry general and explorer has faced the black mask of mortality, numerous times, but his recent brush with it has left him in wave of dismay. Interpreting his survival as a sign from the divine, he has chosen a much different path then his fellow cohorts as he continues to struggle against his very nature on the narrow path of chastisement. His recent Magnus Opus of his career, the discovery of the forbidden Necropolis of Meehan, has also left many of his detractors in dismay as they seek further the true nature of the immortals’ bludgeons of destruction.

Above the Strigoi hierarchy, lies the fallen ones of the old; the Hosts of Pandemonium, beyond the Veil (frequency boundary) of the earthly plane. One of them, the fallen angel Tiefaziel who had initially battled the bearer of luminosity in the first celestial sedition, yet too was cast out of first estate, has long ago been resurrected, awaiting a new corporeal form. Along with his angelic disciples, the Angel of Blood has taken drastic steps to further ascend depravity in favor for his dark dogma; a doctrine of dread over all, being the subterfuge catalyst to bring war against their erstwhile God.

A war is further brewing…and crimson mist will spread throughout. Man will either gain back or lose its own infinite prowess, for he is at once the goal of the battle and the battleground. The stakes in this battle are not the territory, commercial advantages, or political leverage of ordinary wars, but the mind and destiny of mankind.

Within a clandestine order of mystics, remains a few armed and watchful; they will give the demonic spawn and their paradigm of darkness, a baptism of blood and descent below the harrowing Abyss, on their pilgrimage for humanity’s redemption.

Thus, the vengeful eye closes.

Author’s Note: Just a few things to make clear. Whenever any paragraph or sentence is italicized, it symbolizes either a past event or a dream/vision/or fantasy sequence. Once you read it, you’ll understand the context in which it is told.

There is quite a bit of graphic violence and horrific, laden imagery, sexuality shown in some extreme lights, Gnostic, metaphysical and religious undertones rendered in a completely gothic and "blasphemous" fashion; so those are pious perhaps won’t particularly be fond of the way their beliefs will be portrayed in.

The timeline the story is told in is more of a dark, almost “cyber-punk” breed of a visionary future as the introduction hints at.

Other than that, I hope to the infinite, readers will enjoy this. Twenty-five chapters are planned for this story, which I hope will be come publishable in the near future. That might take quite a while.

Enjoy the show.
