Why do you talk to me, why do they stare
Why do you even pretend to care
When you look at me do you see my heart
Because if you don't it will be ripped apart
How can I make this pain go away
Will I be able to make it through today
If you had ignored me would I be here
Or would I be in my room shedding many a tear
I used to love you so much, you do not know
But if I had told you, I would go through sorrow
Now I believe and pray that it has passed
For I can not handle this emotion, it's like a car crash
People cry
and people die
So why will it not work out, You and I?
For me I suppose, I shall not deny
I will be hurt more
So don't knock on my door
Just go away
Lead me not astray
