            Home… or what used to be home in this world… I took a moment to catch my breath before I started packing what was valuable to me. Luckily, some of my personal items were in the hidden village. I didn’t have to pack too much. I walked out onto the balcony to take a last look at the world I was about to leave behind. Did I have any regrets? Maybe… It was a dead bare world anyway…

            Something that glinted on the banister in the moonlight caught my eye. It was some sort of mask; a broken mask. I stared at it, and picked it up. It was the Prince Ruin’s mask. I put it down and smiled. He was back. With this encouraging thought, I turned and gathered my things. It was time to rescue Alanna and head to the hidden elfin village to prepare…

Stars fall from the sky tonight

And the plants dance in the wind.

At least that’s what it used to be.

Pollution of mind, machines, and might.

Nature dying by the breath.

Can’t they see?

Death, greed, destruction, horrible plight.

The result of all envy

And belief in superiority.

Give me some insight

Of a healthy world,

Of what could and should be.

We rally to show our right

To care for the land

And extend our courtesy.

Stars fall and shine from the sky tonight

And the plants dance in the wind.

At least that’s what it’ll again be.

Peace and unity of equality…
