Akurei-Shinzo: If you all must know, one Saturday I got bored and had pizza…I hope you enjoy this! Please R&R!
Delivery Boy
Chapter 1: No Anchovies Please!
The streets of Taipei, Taiwan in the late afternoon were the same as usual, the streets were overflowing with people, the cars were all honking at each other, and, of course, the two old men who always sat outside this time of day to play chess.
“Look out!” shouted a fifteen-year old boy, who was gliding down the street on a skateboard. His short, highlighted, messy raven colored hair was smashed under his helmet and his dark eyes were desperately looking for an open pathway. In his hands he carried a pizza box. “Gang way!”
As the boy jumped over the old men’s chess table, an army of stray cats soon followed, and knocked over the men’s game.
“Can’t we play chess in peace anymore?” grumbled one of the men.
The delivery boy’s name was Takeru Suzuki, he had recently moved to Taiwan with his family from Japan. Now he works at Pizza Heaven as a delivery boy to help support his family.
“Now be good kitties,” said Takeru. “And…NO! This pizza is not for you! Bad kitties! Bad! No…no, no, no! Stay back! Help!”
Takeru speed around the corner and rang the doorbell and zoomed away, trying to avoid the cats. When the man came out of the door, Takeru thrust the pizza box into his arms and skated away, to once again, avoid the cats.
“That will be eight dollars,” panted Takeru as the cats tried to catch up with him.
“I told you people,” grunted the man. “No anchovies…please…”
The cats had stopped pursuing Takeru and all of them had their yellowish-eyes focused on that man, or rather, the pizza. With a meow, the cats all piled on top of the man and began to eat the anchovy pizza.
“I’ll just help myself,” said Takeru as he skated over and picked up that man’s wallet, which had fallen onto the ground. After he got what he wanted, Takeru threw the wallet into the sea of cats. “Thanks!”
“Next time, I’m ordering take-out…” muttered the man once both Takeru and the cats had left.

“Hey mom,” said Takeru. “I’m home!”
“Good,” said his mother. “You’re just in time. We’re having anchovy pizza!”
“Oh no…” mumbled Takeru as he looked out of the window. There were the cats, staring at him through the window; their yellowish eyes glinted with hunger…
