Weep
The sun will weep for earth,
While music slowly fades,
Hope is stripped and empty,
The joy is now decayed.
****
Trees will weep for nature,
As dances fall to myth,
Losing light to darkness,
Forsaking life's true gift.
****
Grass will weep for prairies,
Homes are lost and gone,
Nothing left to smile for,
The darkness fades the strong.
****
Beauty weeps for darkness,
The darkness stands alone,
Seeing shadows only,
The fading light's unknown.
****
Weeping for the losses,
Weeping for the pain,
Weeping for the shed tears,
The joy is now decayed.
The joy is now decayed.
