The Perfect Plastic Cup

Performed by: Wet Couch © property of Seraphim of the Dark Moon

I remember when I was little,

I had a cup,

Its edges were brittle,

I used it so much,

It was my friend,

I took it everywhere I went,

It had a little straw,

The color was green,

It was my…

Perfect plastic cup,

Nothing could come between us,

My cup and I,

We were inseparable,

These were some serious ties,

A boy and his cup.

The day Mom wanted to throw it away,

I thought I would cry,

I wanted my cup to stay,

She wiped away my tears,

And handed me a bag,

I opened it slowly and then I saw,

Inside was a cup…WITH A STRAW!

Perfect plastic cup,

Nothing could come between us,

My cup and I,

We were inseparable,

These were some serious ties,

A boy and his cup.
