So soggy the sponge in my hold.
My sneer unseen but heard
As I laugh at this scene absurd.
His swipes connect with naught but air,
Oh, of him, I should beware!
Bind him down, fingers bleed on his teeth,
My touch travels with only hardness met,
Unrelenting is the need to see him suffer.
Power have I, as his body

Author’s Note: I didn’t mean for this to turn out this way. It started with me being frustrated for misplacing a cherished birthday gift, a sapphire ring, yet again; lack of sleep for an ongoing 24 hours and jealousy about two girls. You know who, Mia. But I decided to make it a vengeful poem for a guy instead, (I do not know harbor any hatred to any of the blue-eyed males I know), and I remembered that Ace Ventura movie (so long ago!) when he stuck his hand all the way down the person’s throat and took out…an apple core, was it? I was thinking of ripping out this guy’s HARD heart, (you know, a physical manifestation of the emotional side of him) and I meant for him to buck in pain, but…yeah…hmmm. It ran away from me after the second stanza.
Well, I do hope you enjoyed it or at least didn’t feel disgusted. : -) Au revoir.
