Waking up.

It feels like dawn has passed,

Yet morning is still to come.

Stuck in between the worlds of today and tomorrow (or maybe yesterday)

You should have died that day,

But you live.

You breathe with you’re head in your arms.

You’re still alive.

It’s different,

So very changed.

Along the lines of surreal reality

Pushing the limits of the mind.

Moving further into it,

You heart takes a plunge.

You can’t think too much,

But only live.

Even though you should have died.
