My Thought's? My Aquila?

I'm sitting out on your windowsill....

You're sitting next to me.

It's been raining for quite some time now.

But we both enjoyed it very much.

I begin to shiver a little because of the cold.

You cover the two of us in a blanket.

You make me so happy.

Yet...

also so sad.

I know what you have gone through in life.

Your childhood,

Your whole life has been hard.

You are not the worlds happiest person.

But you are the sweetest.

It just takes time to notice it.

You really care about those that are close to you.

I turn to look into your deep, beautiful, purple eyes and we share a smile.

You know that I am always there for you.

And I know that you are always there for me.

We both make sure of that.

I recall a time where I was in bed sick.

You took care of me.

You stayed at my bedside.

*giggles*

I guess I wasn't the very best patient though.

I kept trying to get out of bed.

But you wouldn't allow it.

You weren't satisfied untill I was completely better.

And you never are.

So in return I take care of you.

It's not because I feel like I have to, or that I owe you.

It's just something that I want to do.

You and I are best friends right?

So it's my responsiblity to care for you.

There was a time where you were so scared.

You were shaking.

You told me that you were scared and that you didn't know what was going on anymore.

I huged you, brushed your hair, and gently petted you whispering soft, sweet words to you.

You gently began to fall asleep.

But still you cluched onto my clothing not wanting to let go.

You were truly scared.

I gently laid you down on the pillow and covered you with the blanket.

As I did this you called my name.

I looked down at you and you said 4 words that ment more than anything to me.

"Thank you for everything."

I smiled and snuggled aginst you.

And we both drifted into a deep sleep.

A few days after that you had left.

You didn't say goodbye to me.

I didn't want to worry.

I knew you would be alright.

At least that's what I wanted to think.

You were gone for so long that no matter how hard I tried,

I couldn't stop my tears from flowing.

What hurt the most is that you didn't say anything to me when you left.

I went into your room and sat on your windowsill.

The same windowsill that we both are sitting on now.

I let the heavy rain soke me through.

That's when...

you walked through the door.

You didn't acknowledge me and I didn't say a word to you.

It wasn't untill a while that I said "welcome back"

I couldn't turn around.

My eyes were full of tears.

It was you who approched me.

You sat next to me, but still I wouldn't let you see my face

I broke.

I couldnt' take it anymore.

I pulled you into a hug and cried softly.

You asked why I was crying.

I simply told you that I missed you.

You told me that you too missed me too.

You pulled me closer.

And things were are they should be.

Now we're sitting here with each other looking out at the beautiful city.

All is as it should be.
