Author's Notes: All right, this is possibly the most complicated plot I have ever contemplated doing, but that's not the point. I like this idea of this, but I have no idea where to put this. It's got fantasy, science fiction, mystery and drama. For the sake of time I've put it here, in mystery, but I want to warn you who are looking for a pure mystery that this is a mix of a lot of genres. The first appearance of what is now called a Paranormal came in the form of a fifteen year old girl, who dared to step out of the shadows and tell the world about the mystical and powerful humans who lived every day with them. The world reacted in different was, but now most of the world treats Paranormals as if they are everyday humans, except for America. The land of the free has kept certain rights from Paranormals, leaving them in a situation similar to African Americans, before the civil rights movement. It is fear and a lack of understanding about Paranormals that keeps America from changing its ways. Specialist Incorporated was created for the sole purpose of giving humans a way to deal with Paranormals. The company will handle any problem pertaining to a Paranormal for a nominal fee, of course. Completely run by Paranormals those who work for Specialist Incorporated are considered traitors by their own kind, and considered a bunch of useful freaks by humans. There are eight investigators who handle cases, each with various powers, but all with a story that stems from the same event, and event that not only changed them, but the world as well.
