Harm
The smooth metal knife,
In my cold scared shaking hand,
It is comforting.
Although I know that,
I should not be feeling this,
I still need these thoughts.
And as the blood flows,
I watch it, with eyes so sad,
Why are things this way?
I lie down and rest,
The pain now on the outside,
Inside is empty.
