Holy crud..
I can't believe it. *0* wow.
That's it.
Dahke's Story.
The tale of a youth who'd gone through so much pain. The tale of a girl who tried so hard to hide her hurt. The tale of a girl who'd lost so much only to find something else.
Tori is an amazing character. Headstrong. She has silent strength. She possesses many talents but in the end, she doesn't wallow in misery. She overcame the odds and she was admired for it.
So ends Dahke's Story. A story not only of Tori, but of the people she touched, especially Ryu. Kami. Hiroshi. Kaneshiro. Jirake. Kudorashi. Even, I can't believe it, Juri. It pains me to say that Tori is gone, even if she never was a real person to begin with. It saddens me though, because when high school kids do die, the only sympathy left is so...useless, empty compared to the life that was washed away.
When I created Dahke's Story, I had no intention of continuing it. But, as Tori's life unraveled, I couldn't help myself but make her who she was and is.
I hope you readers enjoyed this piece.
I'm not a strong 'romance' writer but I want you to understand that there is friendship and family too, not just 'romance' in life.
I've been thinking about a sequel to this story. Whaddya think?
