AN: I said I would be posting old stuff before more recent. Though from other peoples responses off of I am taking their advice and putting up a couple new ones now before someone steals them. Its strange for it was another of those simple ‘letting it all flow out’ poems after reading the Epic of Gilgamesh.
Creation of what the Gods had not
Sin is the beginning
Redemption is all but the future
Life dies
Rebirth comes
Hope lost
Blind emotion found
Crying
The soul yearns for peace
Laughing
The gods rejoice the earth’s constant grief
Suffering
That's all in store
Reminisce
All what a lost fool does
Have the gods not felt mortality once?
Have they never felt death?
Do they deliver it so flagrantly?
Tears shed
But they don't see that
Blood cold
Feeling that is absent in them
Remorse grows
An effect they have never experienced
A child of the gods
Cries tears of blood they had shed
Feels all the pain it’s creators caused
Thus comes the existence
Of man
