Guiding Light

Disorienting darkness,
Neverending nightmare,
Blurred visions,
Bleeding shadows.

Shrouded despair,
Painful abandonment,
Blackest midnight,
Vanashing moon.

Encompasing ice,
Drying tears,
Lonesome footsteps,
Hidden doorway.

Spiral staircase,
Darkened hall,
Tiny window,
Guiding light.
