Cow-Licker

I can recall so clearly
Watching you descend the clouds
The moon watched when you stepped onto the earth
And from then on it was only hell

Why can't I smell the dried blood clinging to your hair?

Why can't I stand to see you care for me?

Why do you come here looking to defy my cries

Why don't you just kiss me so I can finally die?

Stepping behind the curtain
I discovered your tricks
From beneath blackness
Your blue eyes turn to mist

Burning so passionately
It seems you never did exist
And would it not be so,
I'm just another brain in a vat

Why don't I fear you when you come near?

How come you never mock my tears?

How could it be that I don't love you?

How could it be that you're not real?

I'm sure you know that for asking this
I'll surely burn in hell
But since hell is here
I've nothing to fear

Will you spread my ashes?
