Title: Danny

Date: 6th March 2004

At graves stones two apart I cried,

The rain was falling,

Washing away the rose petals laid by my love,

One tender kiss was all we made until,

Danger, dark skies, cries, smashing, screams….death!

I laid more flowers, touching the roots of his heart,

And then I hugged the grave,

The representation of a body,

Of my lover, of my man, of my soul mate forever,

The rain kept falling, weeping along with me,

A funeral song, requiem,

The cold grave stone pieced my heart,

And shook me like a whirlwind,

I stopped, I cried louder, and louder,

The thorns scratching the ground,

I couldn’t hear myself think,

The slab of grey stone calling,

Danny.
