I feel the cold blade
It is cut so sharp
One finger across it
Will split flesh finely
A moment, all is intact
The next a gaping mouth
So here the knife
I await my victim
Here comes he, unsuspecting
And I plunge the dagger in
He gives a cry of pain and surprise
I laugh as my weapon strikes
Shoves into his flesh like butter
Digging into his ribcage
Blood spurts from the wound
Flowing over my hand
It explodes from his body
As if it were clawing to get out
All along.
