Dear friend,
When you can no longer see the light,
At the end of a deathly black tunnel of despair,

And threatens to take control,

But can never over power the monster of depression,

Be your support when you feel you are falling,

And eventually overcome this terrible nightmare.

You are never alone.
Hope will always find its way through,
And tomorrow won't seem half as bad,
You'll find that life really is worthwhile,
All the pain, anger and sorrow will make you stronger,
Just take the risk and dream,
And soon the smiles will break through your frown,
