Another Battle, Another Night.

This is the last time I'll let you reduce me to your standards.
I give a snort of laughter and shake my head after thinking that.
I laugh only because I've said it so many times.
Yet here we are again.

Another battle
Just another night.
And after all that's been said
And all that has been done
We're back where we started.

I'm the bad guy
I'm always wrong
I'm never going to win.

Biting my tongue
I wonder if you see
That it doesn't matter?
That there is no good guy?
No one is right?
That we always tie?

Once again I laugh and dig a little deeper.
Of course you don't get it.
Your stuck in the past.
When everything I did was wrong
Because I was just too young
When I was stuck under your thumb.

All you see is black and white
And in your perfect, equally four sided world.
I think you forget that I don't care.
And that I want you dead.

That within black
There are all the colors you could ever think of.
That I want to watch you while you choke
With a smile on my face.
See you losing.
Point at you,
Laugh,
And be please that now
You're under my thumb.
