Author notes: Hey yall! Well, here's another one of those I don't really
know how to explain. It just kinda came and I had to write it. Today was
our last day before Spring Break {yeah!} and I wrote this during band since
we had a sub. Me and my friend Hee-chan just sat in the locker room,
talked, listened to CD's and wrote poems. Let me know what you think.
R&R!!! Thankies!

Gold
I'm shattered inside,
Lying within, myself undone.
Bleeding, broken, and shattered.
The wings that one protected,
The ones that embraced me tightly,
Those wings have been torn.
Those wings, once so golden,
Warmth, a remembrance now gone.
Now, cold and dead as I walk,
I see others and their gold,
But me, all I see now,
Is gold drenched in red.
And it's all my fault,
For the knife is in my hands.
