~*Shattered Ivory*~

On some days I'm polished ivory-
my heart is caring...sweet...
my intentions are moral and just...
my soul is pure
and I'm completely content,
with the life that I live.
I'll give
to those in need
without a second thought.
I help all I can,
you don't need to ask.

On other days
I'm shattered obsidian-
the blanket of night,
evil, spiteful,
tainted and cruel,
I long for bloodshed,
thirst for vengance.
I can kill
without remorse,
smile,
as the blood
runs over my hands,
laugh
as you beg for your life
and then finish you,
slowly...
