There is a girl
Who holds my heart
In her ivory hands.

I love her for her mind
Not just because
Her beauty's renowned throughout the land.

I teach her maths, I cannot lie
I live for those classes
It's no wonder why

This student, this love of mine
Can never be taken away from me
Or I know I would die.

She is smart, she is loyal
She's so much more
Than merely pretty.

I wish she wasn't so smart
So that she'd fail and stay in my class
Another year, that would be quite witty.

I'd talk to her, tell her that I care and we'd make a pact
To love each other
If it wasn't for the damned Child Protection Act!
