The Fire:
The sky turns black,
The rain it falls.
In my heart lies a crack,
Watch me as I fall.
I opened the door of the house,
There you were standing before me.
In your perfect blouse,
I felt as if I was in a wonderful dream.
I walked near you,
Touched your face.
You smiled but I knew,
Knew that something has cursed this place.
"What is wrong my love?"
She begins to cry.
Only instead of water, there comes blood,
In a form of a tear, I realize that you must die.
I look around and see something gray,
It lies on the floor by the desk.
I pick it up to see a picture of today,
And as I turned around to see you, you were gone.
I fall to the ground,
Dropping the picture.
Sliding around I have found,
You.
I turn away,
I can't handle this anymore.
I set afire to the home this day,
Leaving in my heart an open sore.
In my eyes is the reflection of the fire,
And in my heart is that crack.
In me I once felt desire,
But now my insides are black.
You died,
And left without goodbye.
You cried,
And left a bloody stain.
I walked away from that place,
And never looked for help.
I never lived another day,
For I hung myself.
