The grief at me it tears away
The pain I feel, I cannot say
So many died and some more will
Leaving places no one else can fill
All though many of them I knew not
I know they will not be forgot
Fathers, Mothers, children too
Your best friend and their whole crew
Now their eyes are lifless and closed
And this question must be posed
If we knew why there was an attack
Could we take all those lives back?
